We are room only accommodation - Breakfast is not included.

We offer three double rooms with a maximum occupancy of 2 adults in each room.
(In accordance with our Scottish short-term let licence the maximum number of guests in each room is 2 adults. We cannot allow over occupancy in a guest room, this includes children or infants even with their own cots. Guests in excess will not be admitted to the property).
